Applies to: RangePulse Cloud (Solo, Family Solo-equivalent, and Family plans on monthly and annual billing). Self-hosted Docker is free and is not affected by this policy.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel your first paid subscription within 14 days of the initial charge, we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.
- The 14-day clock starts the moment your first subscription charge is made.
- This applies to your first paid billing period only (first month of monthly, first year of annual).
- Subsequent renewal charges are not covered by the 14-day guarantee — see section 4.
2. After 14 days
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods after the first 14 days. If you cancel:
- Your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again.
- Your account automatically moves to the Free plan when the paid period ends.
- All your health data is preserved.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@rangepulse.com from the email address on your account. Include:
- Your username or the email on your RangePulse account
- The approximate date you were charged
- A single line: "I'd like to cancel and request a refund under the 14-day guarantee"
We will process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Renewal charges
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to continue and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will review your request in good faith. We are not obligated to refund renewal charges outside the 14-day initial-purchase window, but we will look at individual cases fairly.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact hello@rangepulse.com before opening a chargeback with your bank. We will resolve any genuine billing issue within 5 business days. A chargeback filed before contacting us may result in your account being suspended until the chargeback is resolved.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive — for example, repeated sign-up / refund cycles from the same payment method or account.
