4. Renewal charges

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to continue and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will review your request in good faith. We are not obligated to refund renewal charges outside the 14-day initial-purchase window, but we will look at individual cases fairly.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact hello@rangepulse.com before opening a chargeback with your bank. We will resolve any genuine billing issue within 5 business days. A chargeback filed before contacting us may result in your account being suspended until the chargeback is resolved.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive — for example, repeated sign-up / refund cycles from the same payment method or account.
